Partnering with SKU2U...it is important to note my selection of the word PARTNER...that is what this relationship is...not a traditional Vendor/Supplier/Customer relationship. Partnership can also have a loose meaning...and TRUST is an earned aspect. When we first started working with SKU2U we were shipping 6-8 packages a week and we are now up to about 95+ a week. Complaint calls per order have dropped to a negligible less than 1.7% from north of 5.5% while shipments have increased 1,200+%. At the end of the day SKU2U acts similar to insurance...I sleep well at night resting assured the job at hand is not only taken care of...but that I can emphatically TRUST the responses and attitudes they will take to improve the customer experience.
They have helped us extend our operations internationally and provided a wealth of knowledge while passing on their suppliers price breaks to us providing a symbiotic relationship of shared economies of scale. SKU2U is more in lines with a business consultancy for Logistics, Shipping, Technology etc........... From soup to nuts we have utilized the breadth of services they offer to include technology services. As we continue to scale and capitalize on growth opportunities, it is great to know we have a trusted partner that can take us there. To include technology and website development and implementation of best practices. They even have a call center staff that can handle calls for the rapid scalable growth they help nurture.
As a small business they are a vital leg for our future growth. I find myself often writing emails of thanks, and in short I even coined a phrase that instead of telling the team at SKU2U they ROCK, or YOU ROCK, I simply remind them "U-SKU"!
